MEEMAW & DC Go Biking

Ready for some fun today?

DC enjoys the summer because he gets to see his granny more. She always provides him with a fun way to spend his holidays. Meemaw surprised DC when she pulled a blue bike out of the storage one summer day. She asks, "Where shall we go for fun today?" while singing their tune. She prompted DC to do the dishes even though he wanted to start immediately. She adds something else just as DC departs, trying his patience. Meemaw doesn't appear to end there, though. She keeps trying DC's patience. Did DC have fun at all?

We picked this book for its title. Every child who has spent time with their grandparents will identify with the story of DC. The illustrations are vibrant and complement the storyline well.
