There was once a little girl who, like every little child, was curious about everything around her. She loved sharing her thoughts and ideas with her favorite family member. However, tragedy struck when her favorite person passed away, leaving the little girl feeling heavy-hearted. From then on, she was no longer like every little child and kept her heart guarded.

We picked this book for its title. Through the book, we follow the story of a young girl who copes with the passing of a cherished family member with whom she shares a deep bond. The protagonist in the story works through their grief and eventually overcomes it. The illustrations accompanying the story are stunning and complement the plot impeccably.
