Goodnight Sheepy

A mysterious visitor, audible only in the quiet of sleepless nights, keeps the little boy company—a fluffy, cuddly lamb with soft pink wool. This visitor, known only to the boy, performs incredibly dull deeds that could lull anyone to sleep. He sings a sweet lullaby, dances playfully around the crib, and gently coaxes the boy into slumber.

We chose this book because of its charming cover and timeless bedtime theme. The author reimagines the classic idea of counting white, fluffy sheep with a delightful twist that is sure to captivate young readers. The descriptions of the lamb are vivid and engaging, and the bright illustrations perfectly suit a bedtime storybook.

Andi Triyanta’s soft illustrations beautifully complement Aura Marsh’s story. Their gentle style enhances the tale’s surprising elements and evokes a comforting sense of calm and wonder.
