A miraculous accident fixes Stumbles.
There is a quiet town called Peaceful Cove. Everything changes when Stumbles comes to the town. Stumbles is an adorable dog with an eyesight problem. He stumbles on his way, creating a mess. Though everyone loves him, they keep reminding him he can't see well and should do something about his sight. He met many people on that trip until he saw Mac. Mac tells him about a town fair. They go to the fair.
Stumbles knock many people out on the way. That's when a miracle happens.
No More Tumbles for Stumbles is the second book by Kathleen Ann Kotlan we read. The dog is clumsy because he can't see. Illustrations are digitally made and cartoon-styled, similar to A Place for Pockets. The story is quite lengthy for young kids. It's a cozy, humorous read following Stumbles on his visit to the town and his adventures after that. In addition, the book tries to convey the message that wearing glasses is okay.
A good read about a dog's day with colorful illustrations.
