Lou, the Lieutenant

Lou had always wanted to be a cop since he was a child, and he used to play cop with his friends in the cop and robbers game. Finally, after much effort, he became a lieutenant. Lou is determined to defend his hometown of Doxaloo. Then, one day, he discovers a puppy, Belleau, in the park and appoints him as his deputy. The two then embark on an adventure to protect the town.
