Jennifer had a strong desire to attend school, but her parents’ first choice rejected her due to her constant use of a wheelchair. Fortunately, another school agreed to enroll her, but with the condition that she could only attend for a few hours each day. Sadly, her classmates struggled to comprehend her disability, and she felt like she didn’t belong. However, Jennifer refused to let this discourage her. She took matters into her own hands and made a significant impact for herself and others with disabilities throughout the country.
